Daily maintenance of garage car turntable

1. After the working finished, the platform should be restored to the stop state, cut off the power.

2. Prevent rain erosionon control box.

3. Please be sure the wheels and rails are clean, or there will be noise during turntable running.

4. Kindly check the top platform flat or not, check every 6 months, or according to running frequency.

Then please adjust the support wheels to make sure platform flat.

1. Check if each supporting working well, adjust the support wheels to make sure platform flat and each wheels working good.

2. Check if each motor working good, not vibrative or noisy.

3. Check if the structure or platform loose or not, please tighten the screws.

4. Check if the support wheels has any abrasion, please replace the new one for heavily abraded wheels.
